Placing an order is simple! Browse our collection at Lady Fashion, add your favorite products to the cart, and proceed to checkout. Complete the payment, and you’ll receive a confirmation email/SMS.

Q3: Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

Yes! You can modify or cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not possible. Contact our support team for assistance.

Q4: Do you offer nationwide delivery?

Yes, we deliver across India! Standard delivery usually takes 5-7 business days, depending on your location.

Q5: How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email/SMS. You can also track it from the "My Orders" section on our website.

Q6: What are the shipping charges?

Shipping charges vary based on your location and order value. Free shipping may be available on select orders. Shipping costs will be displayed during checkout.


3. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

We offer a 7-day return/exchange policy for eligible products. The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging to qualify for a return.
