We are working towards expanding our services to international locations in the future.
2. Shipping Timeframe
📦 Standard Delivery: 5-7 business days (Metro cities may receive orders faster)
⚡ Express Delivery (if available): 2-4 business days
📍 Remote Areas: May take up to 10 business days depending on courier availability
⏳ Note: Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by unforeseen factors like weather conditions, public holidays, or logistics issues.
3. Shipping Charges
✅ Free Shipping: Available on select orders (conditions apply).
✅ Standard Shipping Fees: Vary based on location and order value. The exact shipping cost will be displayed at checkout.
✅ Express Shipping: If applicable, extra charges will be mentioned at checkout.
4. Order Processing Time
✔ Orders are usually processed within 24-48 hours of confirmation.
✔ Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
✔ You will receive an order confirmation email/SMS once your order is placed.
5. Order Tracking

6. Cash on Delivery (COD)
✔ COD is available for select pin codes.
✔ A small COD handling fee may apply, which will be displayed at checkout.
✔ If you refuse a COD order at delivery, we may restrict COD options for your future orders.
7. Failed Deliveries & Reattempts
🚨 If you are unavailable during delivery, our courier partner will attempt two more deliveries before returning the package to us.
📌 If your order is returned due to an incorrect address or repeated delivery failures, you may need to pay for reshipping.
8. Delayed or Lost Shipments
We work with reliable courier partners, but delays may happen due to unforeseen circumstances.
✔ If your order is delayed beyond 10 business days, please contact us.
✔ If your package is lost in transit, we will either issue a refund or resend the order based on availability.
9. Damaged or Missing Items
✔ If your package arrives damaged or with missing items, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
✔ Provide unboxing photos/videos to help us investigate the issue quickly.
✔ We will arrange a replacement or refund as per our Return & Refund Policy.
